PLEASE COMPLETE ITEMS ONE THROUGH THREE BY FRIDAY, JUNE 26.
Player pictures will NOT be on the video board if not sent by the deadline.
We cannot accept pictures past the deadline because it takes a good amount
of time to load the pictures. This is a cool feature and we hope you are able
to get us your player's pictures so they can be displayed.
1. E-mail team roster & team photo to [email protected] and [email protected]. Rosters should include player’s first name, last name. Please also include the first and last name of the manager and his two coaches.
2. Video Board Graphics: E-mail individual headshot photos of each player to [email protected]. Individual headshot photos should be named with player's first and last name. Please include team colors and any logos/graphics that are associated with your team. Our volunteer team in Greenville will produce player graphics to be used during the games.

3. E-mail team contact information to [email protected] and [email protected]. Please include league name & city name, and cell phone numbers for contacting your team during the tournament.
4. Each team may utilize one of the batting cages behind the third base dugout beginning with a period two hours before the start of their game. Example: If your game time is 2:00 you may begin using your cage at 12:00. If one team is not present the team that is present may use both cages.
5. As a courtesy we ask that each manager be in the area behind the third base dugout 1 hour before their scheduled start time to flip the coin for home and visitor.
6. Please have lineups delivered to the press box 45 minutes prior to the game. Line ups should have first and last name of the players, starting defensive positions and player uniform numbers.

Just a Quick note to everybody, the tournament will be played at Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park (1055 South Elm Street, Greenville, NC). Stallings Stadium is the grandstand structure behind home plate of the ball field. The entire park is known as Elm Street Park. Stallings Stadium and Elm Street are one and the same so please don’t be confused.
