FROM YOUR DISTRICT, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Direct the Manager or Team Representative to Contact Brian Weingartz, Tournament Director, immediately, at (252) 341-5680 (If there is no answer please text), or by e-mail at [email protected]. Please note that you can call any time day or night.
2. E-mail team roster & team photo to [email protected]. Rosters should include player’s first name, last name. Please also include the first and last name of the manager and his two coaches.
3. Video Board Graphics: E-mail individual headshot photos of each player to [email protected]. Individual headshot photos should be named with player's first and last name. Please include team colors and any logos/graphics that are associated with your team. Our volunteer team in Greenville will produce player graphics to be used during the games.

4. E-mail team contact information to [email protected]. Please include league name & city name, and cell phone numbers for contacting your team during the tournament.

Just a Quick note to everybody, the tournament will be played at Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park (1055 South Elm Street, Greenville, NC). Stallings Stadium is the grandstand structure behind home plate of the ball field. The entire park is known as Elm Street Park. Stallings Stadium and Elm Street are one and the same so please don’t be confused.

Tournament Bracket
The winner of the tournament will participate in the 2023 Tournament of State Champions (TOSC) for 9-11 year olds in Wilson, NC.
All games are played at Stallings Stadium and will be live streamed.
