We will also have the tryout schedule posted on this page (tryout number and times the child will be asked to tryout). If you have an issue with the tryout times you have been assigned then let me know by e-mail at [email protected]
We can reschedule your time(s). Most likely though they will have to be added on to the end of the sessions. If at all possible please try to come at the time that you are assigned.
There will also be a link to a Google Doc with 3 quick questions on it. If you are able to answer the questions, we will NOT be contacting you prior to tryouts. The fact that you are able to answer the questions lets us know that you are ready to go. If we do not get a response from you or you cannot answer the questions then we will contact you (or you may contact us) to make sure you understand what your child's number is and what times we hope to have him/her at tryouts.
We will continue to stress to you that we would like for you to arrive only about 15 minutes prior to your time and please leave immediately. Keeping our numbers low during each minute that tryouts are going on is vital to this process working the way it is supposed to.
